Adv. Rishabh Shah is practising at the Hon’ble Bombay HC for three decades plus. Over the years, he has appeared in a wide range of civil matters viz. the Civil suits for property, Contracts, Banking, Coop. Banking, Business Laws, Testamentary matters, Insolvency matters, Securities transactions, Admiralty Law, First Appeals, Second Appeals and Writ Petitions under Articles 226 & 227.

The last mile stage of conducting examination, cross examination in a fast disappearing field of final hearing based upon his personal experience of formal court conducted trials in High Court, City Civil Court and Family Courts has distinctly shaped his skills of advocacy.

He regularly appears in various other HCs viz. Delhi HC, Gujarat HC, Karnataka HC, Kolkata HC, MP HC, etc. and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

Further, he also appears before the different DRATs, NCLATs, Securities Appellate Tribunal, etc.

He has successfully handled 85 plus Arbitration cases involving a wide range of subject matters viz. Construction Contracts, Engineering Contracts, Securities Trades, distribution of Estate based on Personal Laws in family matters, Forex claims in Banking, International Trade before Arbitration Tribunals comprising of retired judges of the Supreme Court and High Courts. He has successfully mediated in Commercial Disputes and has been the Sole Arbitrator in a large number of cases.

He is a visiting Faculty to many reputed Institutions, Training Establishments of Banks, FIs, NBFCs, etc. Interacting with the young lawyers, the public on various legal topics and issues has been a reason for privilege and pride as well.
