✓ Started career with Hindustan Petroleum, Mumbai Refinery and learnt the craft of IT applications in chemical industry at Hinditron and Onward Technologies (Indian Representative of leading US companies, ChemShare, Setpoint and AspenTech).
✓ Established in 2000 Hyprotech India as a 100% subsidiary of Hyprotech Canada and managed it efficiently until it was acquired by AspenTech in 2002. Post-acquisition Alok was retained as the MD for South Asia by AspenTech,
✓ Was promoted as VP, South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand and SAARC Region.

In 2008 setup Equinox Software and Services Pvt. Ltd. and is heading it since inception.
✓ Alok is leading Equinox’s foray into emerging technologies, like IIOT, Real Time Performance Monitoring & Optimization, Performance Analytics and the development of new software products/solutions.
✓ Member of leading professional associations, viz. the Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Institute of Chemical Engineers, MCCIA, Pune.
✓ Currently serving as the Chairman of Pune Chapter of IIChE.
✓ Associate of M/s ADR Savvy, an Arbitration Law Firm, Pune since August, 2017.
