Vaishnavi is a young, socially conscious, and matured legal professional with an LL.M. in Business Laws from Pune University. She has 8 years of varied experience in litigation at the District & Sessions Court, Pune, and has successfully handled matters before the NGT, DRT, Consumer Fora, State Consumer Commission, Family Court, and Arbitral Tribunals.

As a team player, she has managed two major adhoc Arbitration matters, drafting NOA, Section 11 petitions, Section 29A Applications, SOC, SOD, rejoinders, evidence affidavits, etc. She is skilled in drafting and vetting commercial contracts, interpreting them advantageously for clients.

She actively participated in a 2-day Certificate Training Programme in International Arbitration and Mediation, jointly organised by M/s ADR Savvy and Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune (August 2024).

Vaishnavi aspires to take up corporate consultancy work, drafting commercial agreements, heading POSH Committees, and joining the Bench within the next 5 years.
