Shri Samir Kumar COO, is a Veteran Banker having served in a leading PSU Bank and SIDBI, an Apex Financial Institution for over 35 years. He took Voluntary retirement from SIDBI, in September, 2019 in GM grade.

His diverse experience – both as a Commercial Banker and as a Development Banker spanned Trade Finance operations, Treasury – Back, Mid & Front Office, Credit, Resource Raising both through Multi-Lateral Organisations as well as Domestic Institutions, NPA Management, Internal Audit, etc.

He participated in various International Training Programmes.

He is an avid Trainer and has conducted various training programmes on Forex, Treasury Operations & Credit. In the recent past he had conducted over 50 sessions on International Trade Finance for reputed Banks and Corporates.

Since 2022, he is closely associated with (a) M/s Business Savvy, Pune as Senior Consultant (Banking & Finance) and (b) M/s ADR Savvy, An Arbitration Law Firm, Pune as an ADR Neutral.

He is an IMI Certified Mediator & Arbitrator. Currently, he is the COO of Business Savvy.

Imparting Training and undertaking Mediation of commercial disputes are his passions.
